BACKGROUND:
‘Coming soon…’ is a new and exciting collaboration between third year BA Performing Arts students at De Montfort University and international performance company, Gob Squad.
The project has been developed around Covid-19 health and safety guidelines to ensure that our audiences are safe whilst immersed in the magic of contemporary theatre.

Gob Squad are a group of British and German artists that create performances and videos which search for beauty in the everyday, and look for words of wisdom from a passing stranger. They are an artist collective, the seven core members work collaboratively on the concept, direction and performance of their work.

The six, site specific pod-walks explore utopian/dystopian future visions of the city with each film offering a unique perspective on where we are, where we have been and where we are going.
